Tonight over half the people who sat down at my bar were from out of state.
3 from Colorado (somewhere that I have ALWAYS wanted to visit) they were here for work.
2 guys from Florida who were making their way to Canada, but stopping at every amusement park along their way. Oh, and they were in their late 40's.
1 guy who just relocated from Indy, who "has to find me again"
A couple from New Jersey, just taking a weekend get away.
A couple from Thailand.
A man from Bosnia.
All these people, from all over, find theirselves in an Irish pub on a quiet Sunday in Mason. I wasn't even supposed to bartend tonight. I am so glad I did though. A much needed dose of life's goodness.
